I am working on a story for SITNEWS about the two ships that were THE Ketchikan visitor industry from the late 1940s into the early 1980s; the Canadian ships Prince George and Princess Patricia. In talking to other Ketchikan residents, I am hearing a lot of fun stories about those boats and about the industry before it became such an "industry" here.
