      Questions By Bob Allen
 September 29, 2005Thursday PM
I read in the Ketchikan Daily News that Karl Amylon's job performance
      was being evaluated.
I have to wonder why Karl left his city manager job in Watertown,
NY? After reading the article it makes me wonder.
Is he the right man for this
job in Ketchikan? Why was he given KPU as well as the job he
has now? Is there a reason there is
a city manager, borough manager, city mayor and borough mayor?
Do we need all these politicians? Seems to be a lot of chiefs. Can some one answer these questions?
