Editor SITNEWS,
On Sept. 8, the Ketchikan Gateway Borough Assembly authorized
$6,000 for a voter pamphlet for the swimming pool bond issue
AND the transient occupancy tax changes. It is now estimated
that the pamphlet will actually cost approximately $3,200.
The $55,000 budget transfer
referenced in the previous letter also included several other
items that have nothing to do with the upcoming October election.
