Can we really afford to spend this much money on a hospital?

Don't want Obama care? What about Ketchicare? This, is how we can avoid that forced healthcare. We the taxpayers have been supporting a non-profit hospital for years. Each and everyone of us have been taxed to support that hospital.

The Peacehealth Organization boasts that they profited 1.64 billion last year, a non profit hospital making THAT kind of profit? Ketchikan residents should look real close at the issue in the polls when they are asked to vote on funding expansion at this hospital. If the taxpayers were to recieve medical benifits, they would approve this hands down. Since we pay for that hospital they should afford all of us medical services at no charge.

Those of you, that are not registered to vote, should get registered and let your voice and vote count!

Imagine being the first community to support their residents with a healthcare program at no charge! With this program you can tell "Obama care" to go jump in a lake!

If you would like to see this for yourself, go to, Community of Ketchikan, fiscal year 2013, page 4, see it in budget in black and white!
