Flat Tax

I strongly support the idea of a national flat tax (national sales tax) this way every one, without exception, would pay their fair share of tax.
Today, the only taxes being collected on "under the table" income, is the State and local sales taxes.
Also, there is no need for the national rate to be above 4%, (which may be too high).
This needs further serious consideration, investigation, and research not just a poke of the finger at some numbers on the wall.
