Why tax increases failed
- Global Warming

Sunday
I have been reading all the people that are whining ( need a
little cheese with that whine? ) about the failure of the tax
increases for WhiteCliff and haven't heard the real cause yet.
Sitting back and pondering the situation I figured it out...Global
Warming! You see if it had been cold on Election Day instead
of the average 1/3 of a degree warmer than the usually yearly
temperature the anti-tax people would not have come out to vote.
I'm sure right now Al Gore is adding this scenario to his movie
"A Convenient Lie". Also since he said smokers add
to Global Warming when we are going to propose a Carbon Tax on
smokers, which would pay for Whitecliff.
Maybe, just maybe people are
tired of be taxed for everything at every turn. Maybe cities
ought to learn that Infrastructure is the main priority of city
budgets and if they did not spend the money on a lot of useless
projects they could tackle projects like these without tax increases.
Look around, what have the politicians spent your money on that
wasn't put to some kind of vote that wasn't a needed service
but were a few politicians pet projects?
