Foreclose

YES, foreclosure on the Renaissance Ketchikan Group/Jerry Jenkins
needs to continue and be completed promptly.
Mr. Jenkins has not met many of the terms and conditions of the
sale of the Borough property.
He claims he has saved the Borough $750 - how?
Mr. Jenkins states in his letter to the Borough "I have
yet to borrow a penny from the borough or even ask for one."
What does he mean? Borrow from the Borough, he hasn't paid what
he already agreed to purchase!!
He further states he has a 15 year timber supply coming from
Canada - has anyone in the Borough seen this contract? "And
has purchased some local timber" from who?
"Shipping and producing veneer"? Where did it go?
Has the Borough seen any evidence veneer has been sold?
Mr. Thompson is our elected representative - he represents what
his constituants - ME - want. Mr. Thompson does not have a vendetta
against Mr. Jenkins - Mr. Thompson is doing the job he was elected
to do.
I'll tell you, Mr. Jenkins, the difference between you/RKG and
the State is in one word, HONESTY.
We need to complete the foreclosure as soon as possible and proceed
to get the property in honest ownership who will not be begging
the borough for extensions and more money.
