To the person(s) who sees fit to throw their McDonald's wrappers out their window on Ketchikan Lakes Road every single day - shame on you! How can you be so disrespectful of other people's property, the land, and our city? Granted I am not perfect and I have plenty of faults of my own. That aside, there is no excuse for blatantly littering every day. You deserve to get caught in the act.
