Fishing Fleet

Why isn't someone pursuing the fishing fleet that's based in Seattle to move to Ketchikan? It's a perfect fit. Do as much as you have done to pursue the cruise ship industry, maybe even give free berthing to lure the fishing fleet.
The fleet belongs in Alaska not Washington state. Pursue it!! I know if I was still living there I would be on top of it.
