It seems Powell's liberal views suggesting diplomacy with terrorist states and hard-line doctrine against the Israeli government have clashed with the United States and President Bush's no negotiating with terrorists policy. We may see Powell at a later
date on or supporting the Democratic ticket. Jared Fields
