Questions for Cheney

In regards to the article "Questions for Cheney" By
Dick Morris, why not open the discussion to the broader question
of selective information management. Since Libby is characterized
as careful in these matters, did someone use Libby to deflect
attention away from VP Cheney? In this scenario, Libby becomes
the fall-guy, diverts attention, and possibly diffuses the bigger
question of Cheney's role in selectively managing evidentiary
information regarding Iraq's intentions to build nuclear weapons.
