I really do get a charge (and sometimes a stomach ache) from those presumptuous and sanctimonious souls who'd presuppose what God has in mind for us. Especially when we get lectured by those Terminal KnowItAlls who fail to acknowledge a few of those interesting questions about life and His obvious sense of humor -- like, if God is God, and He can do any/everything He chooses without having to answer to those self-appointed authorities, why would He give His Only Begotten Son to die in such an ugly manner? Which dredges up a few more cans of worms, 'ay? Geoff Brandt About: Former Ketchikan resident. Received November 10, 2008 - Published November 10, 2008
