RE: Allegations & Shame on the Press

In regards to the shame letter to the press: It is not the reporters who are to blame for bad news. Regardless of Shay's actions, there is freedom of the press and the public has the right to be informed. The shame is to be shouldered by guilty parties, not by the curious public or publishers.
If these allegations are true, we have the right to know and come to our own decisions on the value of a man like him; just as we have the right to forgive if they are false.
Time, and the news, will tell.
