Support Dan Ortiz

They say politics changes people, but as far as I can tell, politics hasn t changed Dan Ortiz. Dan is still the same hard worker, considerate thinker, careful listener, and compassionate human being that many of us have known for decades.
I watched Dan work tirelessly as a teacher and coach for years, and now I see him pour the same effort into legislating. In the past, I marveled at how Dan listened with such genuine enthusiasm to high school students, validating their thoughts and pushing discussions further to reach productive conclusions. Now I still see the same listening skills in action whenever I talk to Dan or see him talk with others.
It may be a rare person who isn t changed by politics, or a rare representative who genuinely listens to their constituents, but District 36 is incredibly fortunate that Dan is so exceptional. I strongly encourage you to get out and vote on or before November 6th, and vote to re-elect our gem of a representative, Dan Ortiz.
