Vote for Rob Sanderson Jr.
- Where experience counts!!
By Kevin Kristovich

Monday
I am asking the voting membership
of the Ketchikan Indian Community to support Rob Sanderson by
re-electing him for another term on the tribal council . Rob
has been a KIC tribal council member 4 years. He is a advocate
for the people keeping on top of the issues that affect the membership
of KIC. He is on the most important committees for KIC such as,
subsistence/culture,housing, education,enrollment, and other
committees as assigned.Rob is also a delegate for the Ketchikan
chapter of Tlingit & Haida tribes. He was past president
and chairman. With his experience, you can't go wrong when you
vote for him. Rob is always involved in community events whenever
something in the native community is happening. Rob has no hidden
agenda and is always willing to get involved when he is needed
or asked to do so. Rob has tirelessly worked hard opposing the
pesticide spraying on Long Island which is a former Haida village.
He also opposes the logging on Gravina which will affect subsistence
activities in the Bostwick inlet area. He also worked on holding
meetings for the membership for the proposed mining activities
on Duke Island. If Rob is re-elected, He will continue to work
even harder for the tribal membership.
Please show your support when
you go to the polls and vote on January 16th,2006.
Thank You.
