Or if they really want to get rid of it why not subdivide it and sell it off in smaller parcels and give the people of Ketchikan a chance to get a good piece of property. IT WOULD SELL FAST FOR ACTUAL MONEY IF THEY DID THIS. Just a thought. Kimberly Peters
