Long-time Alaskan author, Arnold Griese will discuss his newest book, Bush Pilot, which is an in-depth study of early aviation in Alaska, focusing on the exploits of Harold Gillam, Sr., one of the many colorful characters of pioneer aviation days. Griese will speak at the Ted Ferry Civic Center on Wednesday, March 15th, at 7:00 pm on the life of legendary bush pilot Harold Gillam and his 1943 crash near Ketchikan.
