Ketchikan Community Concert Band will perform their 2005 Winter Concert on Sunday December 11th at Kayhi Auditorium. The concert will start at 3pm, and there will be a chance to win a quilt handmade by members of the band. Raffle tickets for the quilt are available from band members and at the door. The drawing will be held at the concert. For more info or tickets call McPherson music at 225-3650.

Friday Night Insight Programs at the SE Alaska Discovery Center: Every Friday night, 7 - 8pm. December 16: "Fall Bird Migration in Ketchikan" presented by Andy Piston from the Alaska Department of Fish and Game will give an overview of the typical fall bird migration in Ketchikan.
Bending Towards the Light brought to you by First City Players and the Ketchikan Community Chorus, features the traditional Christmas story in a fusion of holiday joy, spirituality and jazz history. This holiday extravaganza and West Coast Premiere will be performed on December 16th, 7:30pm and December 18th, 3pm at the Presbyterian Church. Call 225-4792 for more information and tickets.
