Rendezvous Senior Day Center is for seniors and adults with disabilities who are able to maintain their personal independence and avoid or delay long term institutional care.
Participant members often develop friendships and a "family feeling" at the Rendezvous, rather than the isolated or lonely life sometimes experienced by those who live alone or find getting out is difficult because of a disability. We also have a wonderful view of the Ketchikan Tongass Narrows and the beautiful Alaskan mountains.
Rendezvous Day Center is a nonprofit organization that serves seniors and adults with disabilities in Ketchikan and Gateway Borough, with funding from state and City of Ketchikan grants.
The Day Center is also supplemented by the Rendezvous Thrift Store. |
