Photo Essay
Button Day
April 02, 2004
Friday
Ketchikan, Alaska - Saturday, March 20, families and friends
gathered at the Tongass Historical Museum gallery to participate
in Button Day. In conjunction with the current exhibit, View
Finders: Ketchikan Photographers, museum staff set up a 'Kid's
Only' carnival photo booth. Kids had their pictures taken and
then placed on a cool button to take home with them. Button Day
attracted over 100 young people who agreed it was a whole lot
of fun!
The Tongass Historical
Museum gallery filled up as kids
enthusiastically anticipated their turn in the "Button Booth".
