Ketchikan: South Tongass Service Area Receives New ISO Rating - According to information provided by KGB Manager Roy Eckert, the Ketchikan Gateway Borough recently received the results of a Public Protection Classification survey conducted by the Insurance Services Office (ISO) in September 2003. Eckert noted that a February 27, 2004, letter to Borough Mayor Mike Salazar, ISO reported that the South Tongass Service Area improved from the previous Class 9 rating to a new rating of Class 5/8B. - Read more...
