Listen to this KRBD story... The U.S. District
Court appears primed to rule on a lawsuit brought last year by
six environmental groups against the U.S. Forest Service. As
Deanna Garrison reports, the lawsuit challenges the Forest Service's
revised Tongass Land Management Plan and seven timber sales that
the plaintiffs say were in part justified by information included
in the plan.
