Million In Grants Awarded To Alaska Programs - Federal agencies
have awarded a series of funding grants to Alaska groups statewide
from Ketchikan to Bering Sea communities, the Alaska Congressional
Delegation announced today.
"We are pleased and proud
to have reached this agreement with IBU," said Murkowski.
"The agreement is good for our valued employees, good for
the people of the state of Alaska, and good for the customers
of the Alaska Marine Highway System (AMHS). I want to thank our
state negotiating team and the members of the IBU bargaining
team for their diligent efforts toward reaching resolution."

a place for White Cliff's 270 students after the Borough's insurance
