anchored in the Tongass Narrows. The superyacht, ranked the third-largest
in the United States in 2002 and 12th-largest in the world in
2003, belongs to Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, who bought
it from another Seattle tycoon, McCaw Cellular cofounder Craig

Murkowski Comments on USFS Roadless Rule - Governor Frank
Murkowski has told the US Forest Service that its roadless rule,
as applied to the Tongass and Chugach National Forests, is "unlawful
and unwise" and that the Forest Service should, "proceed
promptly with a new rulemaking, which permanently exempts both
forests from any national roadless area conservation rule."
