protein may have market as powder in China - Chinese children
and their parents overwhelmingly preferred the taste of new protein
supplements made from Alaska pink and chum salmon to their traditional
supplements made from carp, according to a study conducted by
University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) researchers and funded the
