Alaska: On-line
PFD applications available for 2005 dividends - The 2005
Permanent Fund Dividend application period begins January 2,
2005. Again this year Alaskans will have the choice of filing
on-line or by paper application.
The on-line application on
the PFD web-site will be turned on at 12:00:01 on January 2,
and will be available 24 hours a day until midnight March 31,
2005. The PFD Division is hoping that the public will like what
they see in the improved on-line application. "We took good
notes in our conversations with applicants last year when they
were having problems applying on-line, and we have implemented
many changes," said Sharon Barton, Director of the Permanent
Fund Dividend Division. - More...
